Neue Immuntherapien können die körpereigene Abwehr gegen Krebszellen verstärken und bei einigen Patienten die Rückbildung bereits fortgeschrittener Tumoren herbeiführen. Wir untersuchen in experimentellen Systemen und bei unseren Patienten die zugrundeliegenden Wirkmechanismen und die Limitationen dieser neuen Krebsimmuntherapien.
