Reporting

Information on the submission of reports in relation to post-graduate funding from the state of Saxony-Anhalt.

 

Please refer to the approval notice for the deadlines for submitting the reports.

 

The following must be taken into account in the context of reporting requirements:

Interim and final reports as well as applications for extensions must be sent as a single PDF file to the e-mail address using the cover sheet provided for this pupose as well as the form for the supervisor`s brief statement. Additionally the original documents have to be sent to the Department of Academic Affairs of OVGU, Student's Office for Doctoral/Post-Graduate Funding.

Please do not submit any individual files by email.

Application to extend a bursary

Should you wish to plan and/or apply for an extension to your bursary, please register in good time before the end of the funding period in the Department of Academic Affairs () for a submission date for the report together with the application for an extension.

The application for a first or second extension must be made no later than 8 weeks before the end of the funding period.

The application for an extension must be submitted with the relevant report and a concrete justification together with a new working plan and schedule via the Faculty Council (meets 1st Tuesday/Wednesday in the month) with a corresponding statement from your supervisor. The report including application for an extension must be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office (original by post and as a single pdf file to ).

 

Please note that after successful completion of the doctorate, no extension to the post-graduate funding pursuant to § 8 para. 5 line 1 no. 1 GradFVO is possible. The funding will end in the month that the post-graduate program ends.
