During the Erasmus+ Mobility
After your arrival at the host institution, please take care of the following steps:
- Go to the International Office and let them sign the first part of the Stay Confirmation which is called "Arrival Sheet". Scan the signed document in good quality (photographs will not be accepted) and upload it with the Follow-Up form at the Outgoing Portal. Make sure to keep the document as you will need it again at the end of your stay abroad.
- In case you want / need to change the course selection you made before your departure, open the Learning Agreement again in the online portal and click on the button “Propose Changes to Learning Components” to make the changes. Please note that this is deliberately a second version of the Learning Agreement and should only be created once it is known which of the planned courses you will actually be allowed to attend to. This change perspective may only be viewed after the first version of the Learning Agreement has been successfully signed by all parties; changes made to the first version before mobility are to be distinguished from this and therefore would not count as a second version (Change Agreement).
- If you wish to extend your planned time period abroad, you need to hand in the respective application on time. Please check in with Ms. Wiegmann whether an extension is possible at your host institution before handing in the application. The forms must be handed in by the following deadline:
- extension from winter term into summer term: 15. December
- extension from summer term into winter term: 15. May
- Before leaving the partner university, let the employees of the International Office there sign the second part of the Stay Confirmation. Usually, the last day that is relevant for your studies (mostly the day of your last exam) means the end of your subsidized Erasmus+ stay.
