Summer School at Niigata Institute of Technology

Get to know Japanese science and life through the example of our Japanese partner university in the cities of Niigata and Kashiwazaki. Delve into campus life and experience scientific research methods of the various faculties. This summerschool programme is especially interesting for students of engineering and other natural sciences, but it will also be open for students from other faculties. The last days of the summerschool are reserved for individual activities either in Tokyo or around.

The Niigata/Kashiwazaki summer school is only offered in odd calendar years. In even calendar years, students of our Japanese partner university will visit Magdeburg and our campus.

 

The next summer excursion to Japan is planned to take place in September 2027.  More information will be published here in due time.
