Commitment

As this program is a great opportunity for many but also has a limited number of participants, it is important to stay committed to it once you have been selected to partake. Commitment is also key to assure success!

Once enrolled in this program, you need to participate in all of the courses that are part of the program. (Exceptions only upon communication with and agreement by the program´s department. Please e-mail at least three days before to If last minute, please contact as soon as possible).

It is recommended to invest in peer groups to help practising the aforementioned key elements. This will assist you in your personal goals and guarantee success. Additionally, have pro-active interest in engaging with peers and in networking with further opportunities (e.g. regional companies, university events). Also, seek for help in case of lack of motivation or difficulties in keeping up with the program as we have a prepared a support group to help you through this transition.

On this note, we recommend to start now! Do not wait for the program to begin, but find ways to give yourself better chances for your own goals. In the end, the “Career Certificate” will not guarantee you a job after your graduation, but will hand you helpful tools for your own endeavours.
