Voting instructions (OVGU - committee elections)

Regarding the process of the electronic election please note the following information:

1. Login at the LSF-portal (https://lsf.ovgu.de). For doing this, please use your university username and password.
2. Once you logged in, you will find the topic “Electronic Election” on the top of the website. In addition, you can choose the sections “Show voting authorizations” and “Starting the election process”. The function “Starting the election process” directs you to another website where the election process will be conducted.
3. You will first be shown an overview page containing all the committees for which you are entitled to vote. You can use the button to select which committee you want to start with.
4. Instructions will appear. Confirm that you have read the instructions and that you are personally filling out the ballot. Once the “Start voting” button has been selected, the selected ballot is displayed.
5. Once you have filled out the ballot, click on “Continue”.  If you have made a mistake when casting your votes or have intentionally cast an invalid vote, the system will ask you to confirm your choice. Here you can either correct your choice or confirm the invalid vote.
6. After you have pressed “Cast your ballot”, the system will show you that you have cast your vote.
7. By clicking on “Go to next ballot”, you can select the other ballots via the overview page. After submitting the last ballot, you can finish and close the election. You will then be redirected to the website of the electoral office.
