Orientation in the Library

At the beginning of the semester a number of library guided tours are organized. Often faculties and student representative in the faculties organize library tours during the orientation weeks. We strongly recommend to participate in these tours, especially to first-semester students. Students can search literature in ubfind.ovgu.de. The teaching staff often provides literature for a seminar during one semester that is counted as  basic literature. The so called “course reserve books” are on the ground floor of the University Library on the main campus.
