Re-registration block in the myovgu portal

In order to re-register each semester, you must submit the completed form “Confirmation of Re-registration”, signed by your supervisor.

You can scan and send the form by email (). It is, of course, also possible to post it in the letter box in Building 06 between rooms 105 and 106 or in the red letter box in front of Building 09 or send it in the mail.

As soon as the document is received, the block will be lifted and you will be able to re-register.

Should you not be able to submit the form in good time during the re-registration period, please pay your semester fee to begin with, as otherwise if your fee is received after the deadline you will be charged a fee for re-registering late (€10.30).
