Title Group 71 for projects of "overriding importance to the university"

OVGU members may apply for partial financing of projects of "overriding importance to the university" via Title Group 71. These include, among other things, initiation measures, interdisciplinary research projects or projects for which no other funding is possible.

Title Group 77 for expenses incurred supporting international researchers

Faculties and institutes of foreign universities may apply for daily allowances for various projects under Title Group 77. The funds are primarily intended for guests from Eastern European countries and the CIS, or for guests for whom demonstrably there are no other third party sources of funding.

Financial regulations in the context of bilateral agreements

By concluding bilateral agreements, financial arrangements may be come to, which, for example, include waiving tuition fees or supporting guests from the partner institution. More information can be found on our Contract Management pages.
