AI, Data, Robotics Forum 2025 September 23. - 24.
The co-programmed partnership “AI, Data and Robotics” invites you to the third edition of the AI, Data and Robotics Forum (ADRF), taking place on 23–24 September 2025 at the Stavanger Forum in Norway.
Join visionary keynotes, thought-provoking panel discussions, and parallel sessions with industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers addressing key industrial and societal challenges related to AI, data, and robotics.
The event is organised by the AI, Data and Robotics Association (Adra) in collaboration with the European Commission and local hosts NORCE, SINTEF, and EDIH Oceanopolis, with support from the Adra-e project.

European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF) 2025 November 12. - 14.
The upcoming European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF) will take place from 12 to 14 November 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The event is organised by the Big Data Value Association (BDVA) in collaboration with local organisations.
EBDVF is the flagship event of the European data and AI community, bringing together professionals from industry, business, research, and policy to advance data- and AI-driven innovation. The forum promotes strategic collaboration on political, industrial, and scientific developments in the field of Data & AI at the European level and beyond.

KoWi Seminar: EU Compact I, on November 18 to 20, 2025
The European Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations (KoWi) in Bonn is once again hosting the first part of the EU Compact seminar series on European research funding. The EU Compact I seminar is particularly designed for newcomers to the field of EU funding consulting and project management. The program provides a basic overview of the structure and functioning of the Horizon Europe research framework program.
The agenda includes presentations on the political background of the framework program and key funding instruments, as well as contributions on project administration and many practical elements. In addition, external subject matter experts complete the program. The aim is also to promote networking, both among participants and with KoWi employees. A mandatory prerequisite for participation is affiliation with a German university, a public research institution, or an organisation that is a member of the KoWi sponsoring association. The expected participation fee is 150 €.

ECCC Info Day - Funding opportunities, 2 September 2025, Berlin, Germany
The European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC) and the National Coordination Centre for Cybersecurity (NKCS) invite you to the “ECCC Info Day” on 2 September 2025 at the GovTech Campus in Berlin. The event will focus on current European funding opportunities for research and innovation projects in the field of cybersecurity.
Eight ongoing calls from the Horizon Europe and Digital Europe programmes will be presented, covering topics such as artificial intelligence, innovative vulnerability detection, and the protection of critical infrastructures – with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. These funded measures contribute to the implementation of key European regulations, including the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the Cyber Solidarity Act (CSA), and the NIS-2 Directive. The overall aim is to strengthen Europe’s digital security and ensure robust network infrastructures.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their own project ideas, connect with potential partners from across Europe, and engage with experts from the ECCC and NKCS. Practical guidance for proposal preparation will also be provided. While the event is primarily designed for in-person participation, the presentations will also be available online. Attendance is free of charge, but the number of places is limited.

NCP4Industry 2025 Proposal Check Event, 08 September 2025
The NCP4Industry network project will host a Proposal Check Event from 8–11 September 2025, featuring experienced evaluators. The focus will be on the Destination 1 (Twin Transition) and Destination 2 (Materials) calls under Cluster 4 of Horizon Europe. Participation is only possible upon prior registration and selection.
The Full Proposal Check (FPC) format offers applicants in Cluster 4 (Industry) the opportunity to improve the quality of their proposals through individual feedback from external evaluators and National Contact Points (NCPs). The aim is to enhance funding chances and provide practical insights for proposal preparation. NCP DIT is a project partner in NCP4Industry and will actively contribute to the event.
Selected proposals will be reviewed by two evaluators. Applicants will then be invited to a 90-minute online feedback meeting (8–11 September 2025) to discuss the assessments and receive concrete suggestions for improvement. Participation is open to the proposal coordinator (mandatory) and optionally one representative from a partner organisation.
Participation is free of charge. Registration is mandatory; proposal drafts may be submitted between 15 July and 31 August 2025, 16:00 CET, after completing the registration process.
