Employee Training Programmes

For employees of the general administration of the federal state of Saxony Anhalt there are two training programmes available, I and II.

The prerequisite for participation in either of these programmes is the successful completion of an aptitude test.

These tests are carried out by the Studies Institute (Studieninstitut) of Saxony Anhalt every year from August to October. Registration is possible via the Personnel Department.

These training programmes take place in Blankenburg, are full-time and completed with a written and an oral examination.
