Application Guidelines and Deadlines

Have you found out what you need to know?

In addition to the International Office's web pages, most of the faculties post subject related information regarding ERASMUS on their homepages. Any study placements in Europe that are available for your department can be found in our exchange database.

Have you made your decision?

Applications for the whole upcoming academic year (WS and/or the following SS) are to be submitted before 1 March every year. Please take a look at our Application Instructions. With your online ERASMUS application, if necessary, you can apply for a maximum of three exchange places (first, second and third choices). The applications are to be submitted directly to the International Office in most cases, or to the department in charge in the case of specific exchange placements for which selection takes place in the department. If no other application documents are requested by your subject coordinator, please follow the standard ERASMUS application process.
