International Office - is responsible for maintaining relationships with institutions of higher education abroad and for the University's internationalization strategy. We also advise the University's scholars and students on the University's international programs. Foreign students and visiting academics are assisted here as well.
The International Office (German: Akademisches Auslandsamt ) advises and supports undergraduates, postgraduates, PhD candidates and academics in all matters relating to international university education and mobility.

Whether your enquiry is about organising your studies, international degrees, the certification of credits received, legal matters relating to foreigners or just about practical everyday matters the International Office is always there to provide help.
We can advise you on making project proposals and we function as a market place for international academic contacts and exchanges. We also organise a number of events with an international dimension (fieldtrips, summer schools, cultural events etc.).
